PT. Global Utama Intirada is an agribusiness company that focuses on distributing plantation commodity products, especially raw/natural rubber latex (rubber processing materials)

OUR HISTORY

The business started 30 years ago from the vision of a father from a family of farmers and workers. He shares the suffering of his people because of the welfare low level. The father was touched from the heart to make his fellow workers prosperous and made it happen by opening a business.

During his leadership, the company was affected monetary crisis on 1997-1999. The factory experienced payment difficulties and had many arrears. A lot of customers even failed to pay. However, integrity and trust are the main factors in the company. We were able to carry the company through the crisis and even grow until now.

To strengthen integrity and increase the trust of consumers and valued partners, the company was formed into a Limited Liability Company. This company has enabled the company to serve more than 1,000 clients per month, including cooperation with the 3 largest multinational companies in the field crumb rubber processing.

With the development of technology and knowledge and expertise in bokar processing, we are thinking about business continuity for the next generation. In addition, we are touched to help natural rubber entrepreneurs to increase the quantity and quality of production, and their standard of living while preserving the natural surroundings.

Based on this commitment, we formed a new business unit, PT Global Utama Intitrada (GUI) on 2018. Our main focus is reach out and trained farmers and plantation owners to carry out sustainable business practices. PT GUI is targeting the outreach of more than 500,000 hectares of rubber plantations across Sumatera by 2030.
